Consultation 10.1 The Employer agrees to consult the Employee timeously where the exercising of its powers will have amongst others-
JOINT CONSULTATION 21.01 The parties acknowledge the mutual benefits to be derived from joint consultation and are prepared to enter into discussion aimed at the development and introduction of appropriate machinery for the purpose of providing joint consultation on matters of common interest.
Appointment of Representative (a) Selection Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default, a single representative shall be appointed to represent all of the Holders (the “Representative”). Appointments The Trust hereby appoints and employs FIIOC as agent to provide the services described in Section II of this Contract for the Trust, on behalf of the Fund. FIIOC shall perform the obligations and the services set forth herein in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof.
