APPOINTMENT (FACULTY. 15.1 All appointments to full or part-time faculty positions at any rank, exclusive of appointments of Directors or Administrative Heads in non-classroom faculty Areas, shall be made by the President of the College after having been reviewed by the qualified voters of the Department or Area, the School Xxxx and the Vice President of Academic Affairs. The recommendation to the President of the College for appointment shall be made by a majority of the qualified voters of the Department and shall be accompanied by the recommendation of the School Xxxx and Vice President of Academic Affairs.
