Appointment of Agent for Requesting Loans and Receipts of Loans and Statements. (a) Each Borrower hereby irrevocably appoints and constitutes Huffy as its agent to request and receive Loans and Letter of Credit Accommodations pursuant to this Agreement and the other Financing Agreements from Agent or any Lender in the name or on behalf of such Borrower. Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, Agent or Lenders may disburse the Loans to such bank account of a Borrower or otherwise make such Loans to a Borrower and provide such Letter of Credit Accommodations to a Borrower as Huffy may designate or direct, without notice to any other Borrower or Obligor.
(b) Huffy hereby accepts the appointment by Borrowers to act as the agent of Borrowers pursuant to this Section 6.8. Huffy shall ensure that the disbursement of any Loans to each Borrower requested by or paid to Huffy, or the issuance of any Letter of Credit Accommodations for a Borrower hereunder, shall be paid to or for the account of such Borrower.
(c) Each Borrower hereby irrevocably appoints and constitutes Huffy as agent to receive statements on account and all other notices from Agent or any Lender with respect to the Obligations or otherwise under or in connection with this Agreement and the other Financing Agreements.
(d) No purported termination of the appointment of Huffy as agent as aforesaid shall be effective, except after ten (10) days' prior written notice to Agent.
Appointment of Agent for Requesting Loans and Receipts of Loans and Statements. Each Borrower hereby irrevocably appoints and constitutes Administrative Borrower as its agent to request and receive Loans and Letter of Credit Accommodations pursuant to this Agreement and the other Financing Agreements from Agent or any Lender in the name or on behalf of such Borrower. Agent and Lenders may disburse the Loans to such bank account of Administrative Borrower or a Borrower or otherwise make such Loans to a Borrower and provide such Letter of Credit Accommodations to a Borrower as Administrative Borrower may designate or direct, without notice to any other Borrower or Obligor. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Agent may at any time and from time to time require that Loans to or for the account of any Borrower be disbursed directly to an operating account of such Borrower.
Appointment of Agent for Requesting Loans and Receipts of Loans and Statements. (a) Each Borrower hereby irrevocably appoints and constitutes PAI as its agent to request and receive Loans and Letter of Credit Accommodations pursuant to this Agreement and the other Financing Agreements from a Lender in the name or on behalf of such Borrower. Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, Lenders may disburse the Loans to such bank account of a Borrower or PAI or otherwise make such Loans to a Borrower and provide such Letter of Credit Accommodations to a Borrower as PAI may designate or direct, without notice to any other Borrower or Obligor.
(b) PAI hereby accepts the appointment by Borrowers to act as the agent of Borrowers pursuant to this Section 6.7, PAI shall ensure that the disbursement of any Loans to each Borrower

(a) Each Borrower hereby irrevocably appoints and constitutes Marketing as its agent to request and receive Loans and Letter of Credit Accommodations pursuant to this Agreement and the other Financing Agreements from Lender in the name or on behalf of such Borrower. Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, Lender may disburse the Loans to such bank account of a Borrower or otherwise make such Loans to a Borrower and provide such Letter of Credit Accommodations to a Borrower as Marketing may designate or direct, without notice to any other Borrower or Guarantor.
(b) Marketing hereby accepts the appointment by Borrowers to act as the agent of Borrowers pursuant to this Section 6.5. Marketing shall ensure that the disbursement of any Loans to each Borrower requested by or paid to Marketing, or the issuance of any Letter of Credit Accommodations for a Borrower hereunder, shall be paid to or for the account of such Borrower.
(c) Each Borrower hereby irrevocably appoints and constitutes Marketing as agent to receive statements on account and all other notices from Lender with respect to the Obligations or otherwise under or in connection with this Agreement and the other Financing Agreements.
(d) No purported termination of the appointment of Marketing as agent as aforesaid shall be effective, except after ten (10) days' prior written notice to Lender.
Appointment of Agent for Requesting Loans and Receipts of Loans and Statements. (a) Each Borrower hereby irrevocably appoints and constitutes Play By Play, as its agent to request and receive Loans and Letter of Credit Accommodations pursuant to this Agreement and the other Financing Agreements from Lender in the name or on behalf of such Borrower. Lender may disburse the Loans to such bank account of a Borrower or Play By Play or otherwise make such Loans to a Borrower and provide such Letter of Credit Accommodations to a Borrower as Play By Play may designate or direct, without notice to any other Borrower or Obligor.
(b) Play By Play hereby accepts the appointment by Borrowers to act as the agent of Borrowers pursuant to this Section 6.6. Play By Play shall ensure that the disbursement of any Loans to each Borrower requested by or paid to Play By Play or the issuance of any Letter of Credit Accommodations for a Borrower hereunder shall be paid to or for the account of such Borrower.
Appointment of Agent for Requesting Loans and Receipts of Loans and Statements. (a) Each Borrower hereby irrevocably appoints and constitutes xXXxX*s as its agent to request and receive Loans and Letter of Credit Accommodations pursuant to this Agreement and the other Financing Agreements from Lender in the name or on behalf of such Borrower. Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, Lenders may disburse the Loans to such bank account of a Borrower or xXXxX*s or otherwise make such Loans to a Borrower and provide such Letter of Credit Accommodations to a Borrower as xXXxX*s may designate or direct, without notice to any other Borrower or Obligor.
(b) xXXxX*s hereby accepts the appointment by Borrowers to act as the agent of Borrowers pursuant to this Section 10.6. xXXxX*s shall ensure that the disbursement of any Loans to each Borrower requested by or paid to xXXxX*s or the issuance of any Letter of Credit Accommodations for a Borrower hereunder shall be paid to or for the account of such Borrower.
(c) Each Borrower hereby irrevocably appoints and constitutes xXXxX*s as its agent to receive statements on account and all other notices from Lender with respect to the Obligations or otherwise under or in connection with this Agreement and the other Financing Agreements.
(d) No purported termination of the appointment of xXXxX*s as agent as aforesaid shall be effective, except after ten (10) days' prior written notice to Lender.
Appointment of Agent for Requesting Loans and Receipts of Loans and Statements. Pro Rata Treatment
Appointment of Agent for Requesting Loans and Receipts of Loans and Statements. (a) Each Borrower hereby irrevocably appoints and constitutes Pep Boys as its agent to request and receive Loans and Letter of Credit Accommodations pursuant to this Agreement and the other Financing Agreements from Lender in the name or on behalf of such Borrower. Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, Lender may disburse the Loans to such bank account of such Borrower or Pep Boys or otherwise make such Loans to a Borrower and provide such Letter of Credit Accommodations to a Borrower as Pep Boys may designate or direct, without notice to any other Borrower or Obligor.
(b) Each Borrower hereby irrevocably appoints and constitutes Pep Boys as its agent to receive statements on account and all other notices from Lender with respect to the Obligations or otherwise under or in connection with this Agreement and the other Financing Agreements.
(c) Pep Boys hereby accepts the appointment by each Borrower to act as the agent of such Borrower pursuant to this Section 6.7.
(d) No purported termination of the appointment of Pep Boys as agent as aforesaid shall be effective, except after ten (10) Business Days' prior written notice to Lender.
Appointment of Agent for Requesting Loans and Receipts of Loans and Statements. (a) Each Borrower hereby irrevocably appoints and constitutes Waxman Industries as its agent to request and receive Loans and Letter of Credit Accommodations pursuant to this Agreement and the other Financing Agreements from Lender in the name or on behalf of such Borrower. Lender may disburse the Loans to such bank account of a Borrower or Waxman Industries or otherwise make such Loans to a Borrower and provide such Letter of Credit Accommodations to a Borrower as Waxman Industries may designate or direct, without notice to any other Borrower or Obligor.
(b) Waxman Industries hereby accepts the appointment by Borrowers to act as the agent of Borrowers pursuant to this Section 6.
Appointment of Agent for Requesting Loans and Receipts of Loans and Statements. (a) Each Borrower hereby irrevocably appoints and constitutes Borrower Agent as its agent to request and receive Loans and Letter of Credit Accommodations pursuant to this Agreement and the other Financing Agreements from Lender in the name or on behalf of such Borrower. Lender may disburse the Loans to such bank account of Borrower Agent or a Borrower or otherwise make such Loans to a Borrower and provide such Letter of Credit Accommodations to a Borrower as Borrower Agent may designate or direct, without notice to any other Borrower or Obligor. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Lender may at any time and from time to time require that Loans to or for the account of any Borrower be disbursed directly to an operating account of such Borrower.
(b) Borrower Agent hereby accepts the appointment by Borrowers to act as the agent of Borrowers pursuant to this Section 6.
