Appointment of Class Representatives. Settling Plaintiffs shall move for certification of the Settlement Class and shall move for appointment of the Settling Plaintiffs as class representatives. Settling Defendants shall not object to such motion and shall not seek or support any appeal of any order certifying the Settlement Class, for purposes of the Settlement only.
