Common use of Appointment of Committee Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Committee. Within 5 days of the date of this Agreement, the Parties shall form an Operating Committee for day-to-day management of the Interchange Agreement. Each Party shall appoint [even number] representatives and an alternate for the Operating Committee. Within 14 days of the date of this Agreement, each Party shall provide to the other Party notice of the appointment of its Operating Committee representatives and their particulars.
