Common use of Appointment of Consultant; Supervision Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Consultant; Supervision. The Company appoints the Consultant and the Consultant accepts appointment upon the terms and subject to the conditions provided in this Agreement as a consultant to the Company's business, including any other corporations or other entities hereafter formed or acquired by the Company to engage in such business. The activities of the Consultant to be performed under this Agreement shall be subject to the supervision of the Chairman of the Board and the Board and the policies of the Board in effect from time to time.
