APPOINTMENT OF CUSTODIAN; ACCOUNTS; REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, AND COVENANTS. 1. (a) The Fund hereby appoints Custodian to keep and maintain all Securities and cash at any time delivered to Custodian during the term of this Agreement. The Fund hereby authorizes Custodian to hold securities in registered form in its name or the name of its nominees or other form satisfactory to the Fund. Custodian hereby accepts such appointment. Custodian agrees to establish and maintain the following accounts (each an “Account”; collectively, the “Accounts”), subject only to draft or order by Custodian acting pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
