APPOINTMENT OF DISPUTE RESOLUTION ADMINISTRATOR. 6.2.1 As soon as possible after the effective date, the Parties shall jointly appoint a dispute resolution administrator and a deputy to act as administrator during any period while the administrator is unable to act. The Parties shall fill any vacancy without delay.
