Common use of Appointment of Escrow Bank Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Escrow Bank. The District hereby appoints the Escrow Bank as escrow agent for all purposes of this Escrow Agreement and in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Escrow Agreement, and the Escrow Bank hereby accepts such appointment.
