APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL MANAGER. This collective bargaining agreement contains language that is required under section 15(7) of the Public Employment Relations Act. Inclusion of the language does not constitute a waiver of the Union’s right to raise Constitutional and/or other legal challenges to the validity of: (1) appointment of an Emergency Financial Manager; (2) PA 4 of 2011 (Local Government and School District Fiscal Accountability Act); or any action of an Emergency Financial Manager which acts to reject, modify or terminate the collective bargaining agreement.
