Appointment of Guarantor Auditor. (1) The Managing GP, with the consent of the Limited Partner, may retain the Guarantor Auditor to review and report to the Partners upon the financial statements of the Partnership for, and as at the end of each Financial Year. (2) Following appointment, the Guarantor Auditor may be replaced by the Managing GP, or a new Guarantor Auditor may be appointed by the Managing GP in each case with the consent of the Limited Partner.
