Common use of Appointment of ICMA-RC Clause in Contracts

Appointment of ICMA-RC. Employer hereby appoints ICMA-RC as Administrator of the Plan to perform all nondiscretionary functions necessary for the administration of the Plan. The functions to be performed by ICMA-RC shall be those set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.

Appointment of ICMA-RC. Employer hereby appoints ICMA-RC as Administrator Recordkeeper of the Plan Plans to perform all nondiscretionary functions necessary for the administration of the PlanPlans. The functions to be performed by ICMA-RC shall be those set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.

Appointment of ICMA-RC. Employer hereby appoints designates ICMA-RC as Administrator of the Plan to perform all nondiscretionary non-discretionary functions necessary for the administration of the PlanPlan with respect to assets in the Plan deposited with the Trust. The functions to be performed by ICMA-RC shall be those set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.include:
