Appointment of Independent Person. The Independent Person shall be appointed by agreement between the parties to this Agreement or (if within ten (10) Working Days after service of the Determination Notice the parties have been unable to agree) on the application of any of the parties by such one of the following persons as the parties shall agree to be appropriate having regard to the nature of the dispute or difference in question:-
