Appointment of Lawyers. To appoint as it deems fit solicitors or legal counsel to advise upon any matter which arises in relation to the Land or this Deed and to grant them authority to accept service on behalf of the Owners of legal proceedings relating to the Land (except proceedings relating to the rights or obligations of individual Owners) and in all proceedings to which the Government is a party to appoint a solicitor who will undertake to accept service on behalf of the Owners (whether for the purpose of Order 10 Rule 1 of the Rules of the High Court or otherwise) within 7 days of being requested to do so by the Government.
