Appointment of Project Manager. 5.1 Prior to the commencement of Prospecting, the Licence Holder must appoint a Project Manager to oversee the exploration program. 5.2 The Project Manager must liaise with the Landholder at all reasonable times. 5.3 The Licence Holder will notify the Landholder and/or Contact Person if there is a change of person appointed as Project Manager.
