Appointment of Special Servicer. (a) Situs Holdings, LLC is hereby appointed as the initial Special Servicer to service the Whole Loan while a Special Servicing Loan Event has occurred and is continuing and perform the other obligations of the Special Servicer hereunder (including approving certain actions prior to a Special Servicing Loan Event as provided specifically herein). (b) If there is a Special Servicer Termination Event with respect to the Special Servicer, such Special Servicer may be removed and replaced pursuant to Sections 7.1 and 7.
