Common use of Appointment of Sub-Advisor Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Sub-Advisor. (a) The Advisor hereby appoints the Sub-Advisor, and the Sub-Advisor hereby accepts such appointment, to render investment advice and related services with respect to the assets of the Fund for the period and on the terms set forth in this Agreement, subject to the supervision and direction of the Advisor and the Trust’s Board of Trustees. (b) The Sub-Advisor’s appointment shall be solely with respect to the Fund’s assets, as specified by the Advisor and subject to periodic increases or decreases at the Advisor’s sole discretion.

Appointment of Sub-Advisor. (a) The Advisor hereby appoints employs the Sub-Advisor, and the Sub-Advisor hereby accepts such appointmentemployment, to render investment advice and related services with respect to the assets of the Fund for the period and on the terms set forth in this Agreement, subject to the supervision and direction of the Advisor and the Trust’s Board of Trustees. (b) The Sub-Advisor’s appointment employment shall be solely with respect to the Fund’s assets, as specified by the Advisor and subject to periodic increases or decreases at the Advisor’s sole discretion.

Appointment of Sub-Advisor. (a) The Advisor hereby appoints the Sub-Advisor, and the Sub-Advisor hereby accepts such appointment, to render investment advice and related services with respect to the assets of the Fund Allocated Portion for the period and on the terms set forth in this Agreement, subject to the supervision and direction of the Advisor and the Trust’s Board of Trustees. (b) The Sub-Advisor’s appointment shall be solely with respect to the Fund’s assetsAllocated Portion, as which is to be specified by the Advisor and subject to periodic increases or decreases at the Advisor’s sole discretion.

Appointment of Sub-Advisor. (a) The Advisor desires to engage and hereby appoints the Sub-Advisor, and the SubAdvisor to act as investment sub-Advisor hereby accepts such appointment, to render investment advice and related services with respect to advisor for that portion of the assets of the Fund for that the period and on the terms set forth in this Agreement, subject Advisor determines to allocate to the supervision and direction of Sub-Advisor from time to time (referred to herein as the Advisor and the Trust’s Board of Trustees. (b) "Sub-Advisory Portfolio"). (a) The Advisor desires to engage and hereby appoints the Sub-Advisor, and Advisor to act as investment sub-advisor for that portion of the assets of each Fund that the Advisor determines to allocate to the Sub-Advisor hereby accepts such appointment, from time to render investment advice and related services with respect time (each referred to the assets of the Fund for the period and on the terms set forth in this Agreement, subject to the supervision and direction of the Advisor and the Trust’s Board of Trustees. (b) The Sub-Advisor’s appointment shall be solely with respect to the Fund’s assets, as specified by the Advisor and subject to periodic increases or decreases at the Advisor’s sole discretion.
