The Collateral Agent shall have the right to appoint one or more sub-agents for the purpose of retaining physical possession of the instruments and certificates evidencing any of the Pledged Collateral, which may be held (in the sole discretion of the Collateral Agent) in the name of the relevant Grantor, endorsed or assigned in blank or in favor of the Collateral Agent or any nominee or nominees of the Collateral Agent or a sub-agent appointed by the Collateral Agent.
