Common use of APPOINTMENT OF SUBADVISER Clause in Contracts

APPOINTMENT OF SUBADVISER. The Subadviser undertakes to act as investment subadviser to, and, subject to the supervision of the Trustees of OneAscent Capital Opportunities Fund (the “Trust” or the “Fund”) and the terms of this Agreement, to participate in the management of the investment and reinvestment of the Fund. The Subadviser will be an independent contractor and will have no authority to act for or represent the Trust or Adviser in any way except as expressly authorized in this Agreement or another writing by the Trust and Adviser.

APPOINTMENT OF SUBADVISER. The Subadviser undertakes to act as investment subadviser to, and, subject to the supervision of the Trustees of OneAscent Capital Opportunities Fund Jxxx Hxxxxxx Collateral Trust (the “Trust” or the “Fund”) and the terms of this Agreement, to participate in the management of manage the investment and reinvestment of the Fundassets of the Trust. The Subadviser will be an independent contractor and will have no authority to act for or represent the Trust or Adviser in any way except as expressly authorized in this Agreement or another writing by the Trust and Adviser.

APPOINTMENT OF SUBADVISER. The Subadviser undertakes to act as the investment subadviser to, to and, subject to the supervision of the Trustees of OneAscent Capital Opportunities Xxxx Xxxxxxx Asset-Based Lending Fund (the “Trust” or the “FundPortfolio”) and the terms of this Agreement, to participate in the management of manage the investment and reinvestment of the Fundassets of the Portfolio. The Subadviser will be an independent contractor and will have no authority to act for or represent the Trust Portfolio or Adviser in any way except as or otherwise be deemed an agent unless expressly authorized in this Agreement or in another writing by the Trust Portfolio and Adviser.

APPOINTMENT OF SUBADVISER. The Subadviser undertakes to act as investment subadviser to, and, subject to the supervision of the Trustees of OneAscent Capital Opportunities Fund Unified Series Trust (the “Trust” or the “Fund”) and the terms of this Agreement, to participate in the management of manage the investment and reinvestment of each series of the Trust identified on Schedule 1 to this Agreement (each a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”). The Subadviser will be an independent contractor and will have no authority to act for or represent the Trust or Adviser in any way except as expressly authorized in this Agreement or another writing by the Trust and Adviser.

APPOINTMENT OF SUBADVISER. The Subadviser undertakes to act as investment subadviser to, and, subject to the supervision of the Trustees of OneAscent Capital Opportunities Fund Unified Series Trust (the “"Trust” or the “Fund”") and the terms of this Agreement, to participate in the management of manage the investment and reinvestment of OneAscent Core Plus Bond ETF, a series of the FundTrust ("xxx Xxxx"). The Subadviser will be an independent contractor and will have no authority to act for or represent the Trust or Adviser in any way except as expressly authorized in this Agreement or another writing by the Trust and Adviser.
