Appointment of Subteams or Subcommittees. The JSC shall be empowered to create such subteams or subcommittees of itself as it may deem appropriate or necessary. Each such subteam or subcommittee shall report to the JSC, who shall have authority to approve or reject recommendations or actions proposed thereby subject to the terms of this Agreement.
