Appointment of Successor Agent by Requisite Lenders. Upon any resignation or removal of Agent, the Requisite Lenders (including in the determination of the Requisite Lenders, the Pro Rata Shares of such Lender that is also the resigning or removed Agent) shall appoint a successor Agent (who shall also be a Lender).
