Appointment of Suppliers. If the recommended bidder is a level 5 or higher or less than 51% black ownership, SENTECH reserves the right to subcontract up to a maximum of 30% of the project to a designated group as defined by the PPPFA. If the recommended bidder is a level 5 or higher or less than 51% black ownership on a project that is based on a stipulated minimum threshold for local production and content as prescribed by the (DTI) Department of Trade and Industry. SENTECH reserves the right to appoint more than one qualifying bidder provided they are from a designated group as defined by the PPPFA.
