Appointment of the Account Bank. The Issuer appoints The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch as account bank in respect of the Accounts and to perform the services set out in this Agreement. The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch hereby accepts such appointment by the Issuer in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Account Bank shall administer, credit and debit each of the Distribution Account, the Cash Collateral Account, the Counterparty Downgrade Collateral Account and the Accumulation Account and separately in accordance with the terms and provisions hereunder.

Appointment of the Account Bank. The Collateral Agent and Borrower hereby appoint Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association as the Account Bank hereunder, with its address as of the date hereof at 0000 Xxx Xxxxxxxxx Xx., Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000. Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the Loan and Servicing Agreement as it relates to the Account Bank.

Appointment of the Account Bank. 2.1 Subject to Clauses 18 (Assignment and Amendment) and 21 (Termination), the Issuer hereby appoints the Account Bank as the account bank with effect on and from the date of this Agreement in respect of the Accumulation Account, the Cash Collateral Account, the Monthly Collateral Account, the Counterparty Downgrade Collateral Account and the Distribution Account.
