APPOINTMENT OF THE CALCULATION AGENT. The Issuer hereby appoints [ ] as Calculation Agent in respect of each Series of Covered Bonds described in the Schedule hereto (the Relevant Covered Bonds) for the purposes set out in Clause 2 below, all upon the provisions hereinafter set out. The agreement of the parties hereto that this Agreement is to apply to each Series of Relevant Covered Bonds shall be evidenced by the manuscript annotation and signature in counterpart of the Schedule hereto.
