APPOINTMENT OF THE CALCULATION AGENT. (a) Each of the Lenders appoints the Calculation Agent to act as the Calculation Agent under and in connection with the Finance Documents. (b) Each of the Lenders authorises the Calculation Agent to perform the duties, obligations and responsibilities and to exercise the rights, powers, authorities and discretions specifically given to the Calculation Agent under or in connection with the Finance Documents together with any other incidental rights, powers, authorities and discretions, including, without limitation, making all calculations under this Agreement in respect of all applicable Collateral LTV Ratios and related ratios.
