Common use of APPOINTMENT OF THE DIRECTOR Clause in Contracts

APPOINTMENT OF THE DIRECTOR. 2.1 Intertrust Management B.V. has been appointed as director (bestuurder) of the CBC by the deed of incorporation of the CBC on 19 June 2019 and Intertrust Management B.V. xxxxxx accepts such appointment on the terms and subject to the conditions set out in this Agreement.

APPOINTMENT OF THE DIRECTOR. 2.1 Intertrust Management B.V. has been appointed as director (bestuurder) of the CBC by the deed of incorporation of the CBC on 19 June 2019 9 March 2021 and Intertrust Management B.V. xxxxxx accepts such appointment on the terms and subject to the conditions set out in this Agreement.

APPOINTMENT OF THE DIRECTOR. 2.1 Intertrust Management B.V. has been appointed as director (bestuurder) of the CBC by the deed of incorporation of the CBC on 19 June 2019 9 March 2021 and Intertrust Management B.V. xxxxxx hereby accepts such appointment on the terms and subject to the conditions set out in this Agreement.

APPOINTMENT OF THE DIRECTOR. 2.1 Intertrust Management B.V. has been appointed as director (bestuurder) of the CBC by the deed of incorporation of the CBC on 19 June 2019 11 December 2014 and Intertrust Management B.V. xxxxxx hereby accepts such appointment on the terms and subject to the conditions set out in this Agreement.

APPOINTMENT OF THE DIRECTOR. 2.1 Intertrust Management B.V. has been appointed as director (bestuurder) of the CBC by the deed of incorporation of the CBC on 19 June 2019 10 November 2023 and Intertrust Management B.V. xxxxxx accepts such appointment on the terms and subject to the conditions set out in of this Agreement.

APPOINTMENT OF THE DIRECTOR. 2.1 Intertrust Management B.V. has been appointed as director (bestuurder) of the CBC by the deed of incorporation of the CBC on 19 June 2019 17 February 2021 and Intertrust Management B.V. xxxxxx hereby accepts such appointment on the terms and subject to the conditions set out in of this Agreement.
