APPOINTMENT OF THE DIRECTOR. 2.1. Intertrust Management B.V. has been appointed as director (bestuurder) of Stichting Holding by the deed of incorporation of Stichting Holding on 8 November 2023 and Intertrust Management B.V. xxxxxx accepts such appointment on the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement.

Intertrust Management B.V. has been appointed as director (bestuurder) of Stichting Holding by the deed of incorporation of Stichting Holding on 8 November 2023 15 February 2021 and Intertrust Management B.V. xxxxxx hereby accepts such appointment on the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement.

APPOINTMENT OF THE DIRECTOR. 2.1. Intertrust Management B.V. has been appointed as director (bestuurder) of Stichting Holding by the deed of incorporation of Stichting Holding on 8 November 2023 19 June 2019 and Intertrust Management B.V. xxxxxx accepts such appointment on the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement.

Intertrust Management B.V. has been appointed as director (bestuurder) of Stichting Holding by the deed of incorporation of Stichting Holding on 8 November 2023 March 2021 and Intertrust Management B.V. xxxxxx hereby accepts such appointment on the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement.
