Appointment of the Owner Trustee. The Depositor hereby appoints the Owner Trustee as trustee of the Trust, to have all the rights, powers and duties set forth herein and in the Statutory Trust Statute. The Owner Trustee acknowledges receipt in trust from the Depositor, of the sum of one dollar ($1), constituting the initial Trust Property.
