APPOINTMENT OF THE PAYING AGENTS AND THE REGISTRARS. 2.1 The Issuer appoints each of the Paying Agents, Transfer Agents and the Registrar at their respective specified offices as its agent in relation to the Notes for the purposes specified in this Agreement and in the Terms and Conditions and all matters incidental thereto.
