Common use of Appointment of the Portfolio Manager Clause in Contracts

Appointment of the Portfolio Manager. Pursuant to valid and proper authority and in accordance with applicable law, the Client hereby appoints, entirely at his/her/its own risk, the Portfolio Manager to provide services for and in respect of Assets of the Account in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Regulations (as maybe applicable and in force from time to time).

Appointment of the Portfolio Manager. The Portfolio Manager shall have the absolute and unfettered discretion and authority (without reference to the Client(s)) to manage, invest and reinvest Client(s)'s Account.
