Appointment to Ongoing Work Held by Faculty on LTD. 10.3.7.1 When a regular faculty member is approved for Long Term Salary Indemnity, the faculty member’s ongoing work may be filled on an ongoing basis, in accordance with the applicable provisions of Article 10. 10.3.7.2 The regular faculty member whose ongoing work is filled shall be so notified and reminded of the right to return to duty when deemed medically able to do so.
