Appointments; Regulatory and SRO Responsibilities. The Chairman of the Board, with the approval of the Board, shall appoint a Regulatory Oversight Committee. The Regulatory Oversight Committee shall oversee the adequacy and effectiveness of the Exchange’s regulatory and self- regulatory organization responsibilities, assess the Exchange’s regulatory performance, and assist the Board and Committees in reviewing the regulatory plan and the overall effectiveness of the Exchange’s regulatory functions.
