Regulatory Oversight Committee. The Board shall appoint a Regulatory Oversight Committee (“ROC”), which shall be composed of only (100%) Public Directors. The ROC shall have those powers, authorities, and responsibilities delegated to it by the Board in its Charter.

Regulatory Oversight Committee. The Board shall appoint a Regulatory Oversight Committee (the “Regulatory Oversight Committee”) which shall consist of such number of Directors as established by resolution adopted by the Board, provided that the Regulatory Oversight Committee shall at all times consist entirely (100%) of Public Directors. The Regulatory Oversight Committee shall have those powers, authorities, and responsibilities delegated to it by the Board in its Charter.
Regulatory Oversight Committee. The Chairman, with the approval of the Board, shall appoint a Regulatory Oversight Committee consisting of Non-Industry Directors. The Regulatory Oversight Committee shall oversee the adequacy and effectiveness of Exchange’s regulatory and self-regulatory organization responsibilities, and shall be responsible for assessing the Exchange’s regulatory performance and recommending compensation and personnel actions involving the Chief Regulatory Officer and senior regulatory personnel to the Board’s Compensation Committee for action. The Regulatory Oversight Committee shall also assist the Board and committees of the Board in reviewing the regulatory plan and the overall effectiveness of Exchange’s regulatory functions. In furtherance of its functions, the Regulatory Oversight Committee (i) shall review the Exchange’s regulatory budget, which shall be approved by the Board of Directors, and shall specifically inquire into the adequacy of resources available in the budget for regulatory activities; and (ii) shall meet regularly with the Chief Regulatory Officer in executive session.

The new requirement to successfully complete the course will be effective with those internal bidders, including those awarded the positions through an Unrestricted Award, who are beginning the apprenticeship on August 1, 2019, or later. An internal bidder who is unsuccessful at the Three-Day Climbing Course will be bypassed for that specific job award. The function of the Steering Committee shall be to review the scope and direction of the Project against its aims and objectives, monitor progress and efficiency, and assess, manage and review expected impact and use of the findings from the Project. The Committee shall meet at times and dates agreed by the parties, or in the absence of agreement, specified by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall report their views on the progress of the Project to the Steering Committee in writing if requested by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall attend all meetings of the Steering Committee unless otherwise agreed by the Department.

  • Advisory Committees The Board may appoint Advisory Committees to review design review applications, or provide input on other issues of concern to the Board or the Commission. These Advisory Committees include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:

  • Study Committee The parties shall utilize the Benefits Advisory Committee, with equal membership by the State and the VSEA, for the purpose of reviewing all issues related to health care and prescription drugs, and recommending changes to the bargaining committees. The parties shall also establish a special study committee to evaluate the current health plans, and make recommendations to the bargaining committees of the State and employees for sustainable savings in the health care plans.
