Apportionment of Costs to New Members. 1. The share of operating costs which will be paid by a new member community will be determined consistent with subsection IV(E) except that, for purposes of calculating that community’s four (4) year rolling average of pupil enrollment, the number of “out of district” students from that community which were enrolled in the regional district school during each of the applicable four (4) years will be regarded as that community’s “pupil enrollment” during those years for purposes of this calculation.
