Apportionment of Reductions between Agricultural and Urban Contractors. (1) Reductions available under this article are projected to begin to occur in 1997. The numbers and percentages in this subdivision reflect certain estimates of dollars and sharing of reductions. The actual reductions may vary slightly from the amounts described below. The State shall determine the availability of reductions for each year in accordance with this article.
