Agricultural Export Subsidies. 1. The Parties share the objective of the multilateral elimination of export subsidies for agricultural goods and shall work together toward an agreement in the WTO to eliminate those subsidies and prevent their reintroduction in any form.
2. Neither Party shall introduce or maintain any export subsidy on any agricultural good destined for the territory of the other Party.
Agricultural Export Subsidies. 1. The Parties share the objective of the multilateral elimination of export subsidies for agricultural goods and shall work together toward an agreement in the WTO to eliminate those subsidies and prevent their reintroduction in any form.
2. Except as provided in paragraph 3, neither Party may introduce or maintain any export subsidy on any agricultural good destined for the territory of the other Party.
3. Where an exporting Party considers that a non-Party is exporting an agricultural good to the territory of the other Party with the benefit of export subsidies, the importing Party shall, on written request of the exporting Party, consult with the exporting Party with a view to agreeing on specific measures that the importing Party may adopt to counter the effect of such subsidized imports. If the importing Party adopts the agreed-on measures, the exporting Party shall refrain from applying any export subsidy to exports of such good to the territory of the importing Party.
Agricultural Export Subsidies. Neither Party shall introduce or reintroduce an export subsidy on an agricultural good destined for the territory of the other Party1.
Agricultural Export Subsidies. 1. The Parties reaffirm their commitments made in the Ministerial Decision of 19 December 2015 on Export Competition (WT/MIN(15)/45, WT/L/980), adopted in Nairobi on 19 December 2015, including elimination of scheduled export subsidy entitlements for agricultural goods.

2. Consistently with their rights and obligations under the WTO Agreement, neither Party shall introduce or maintain any export subsidy on any agricultural good destined for the territory of the other Party.
3. At the earliest possible time, a Party shall give to the other Party advance notice of, and if requested shall consult on, any changes to relevant policies or measures. The Parties agree to enhance communication between their appropriate officials with a view to minimising trade distortions from such policies or measures. Where the affected Party identifies an adverse impact on its agriculture and food industries, the other Party shall take that impact into consideration.
Agricultural Export Subsidies. 1. For the purposes of this Article, agricultural goods means those products listed in Annex 1 of the WTO Agreement on Agriculture and export subsidies shall have the meaning assigned to that term in Article 1(e) of the WTO Agreement on Agriculture, including any amendment of that article.

Where an exporting Party considers that a non-Party is exporting an agricultural good to the territory of another Party with the benefit of export subsidies, the importing Party shall, on written request of the exporting Party, consult with the exporting Party with a view to agreeing on specific measures that the importing Party may adopt to counter the effect of such subsidized imports. If the importing Party adopts the agreed-on measures, the exporting Party shall refrain from applying any subsidy to its exports of the good to the territory of the importing Party. If the importing Party does not adopt the agreed-on measures, the exporting Party may apply an export subsidy on its exports of the good to the territory of the importing Party only to the extent necessary to counter the trade-distorting effect of subsidized exports of the good from the non- Party to the importing Party’s territory.
Agricultural Export Subsidies. 1. Neither Party shall introduce, maintain or reintroduce any export subsidies on any agricultural good which is listed in Annex 1 to the Agreement on Agriculture and exported to the other Party.
2. If either Party considers that the other Party has failed to carry out its obligations under this Agreement by introducing, maintaining or reintroducing an export subsidy, such Party may request consultations with the other Party according to Chapter 15 with a view to arriving at a mutually satisfactory solution, in particular, agreeing on specific measures that the importing Party may adopt to counter the effect of such subsidized imports.
Agricultural Export Subsidies. 1. In the multilateral context, the Parties share the objective of the parallel elimination and prevention of the reintroduction of all forms of export subsidies and disciplines on all export measures with equivalent effect for agricultural goods. To that end, they shall work together with the aim of enhancing multilateral disciplines on agricultural exporting state enterprises, international food aid and export financing support.
2. Upon the entry into force of this Agreement, the exporting Party shall not introduce or maintain any export subsidies or other measures having equivalent effect on any agricultural good which is subject to the elimination or reduction of customs duties by the importing Party in accordance with Annex 2-A (Reduction or Elimination of Customs Duties) and which is destined for the territory of the importing Party.

2. No Party may maintain, introduce or reintroduce any export subsidy on any agricultural good destined for the territory of the other Party.

If either Party considers that the other Party has failed to carry out its obligations under this Agreement by maintaining, introducing or re-introducing an export subsidy, such Party may request consultations with the other Party according to Chapter 15 (Dispute Settlement) with a view to arriving at a mutually satisfactory solution.
