Common use of Appraisal of Aircraft Clause in Contracts

Appraisal of Aircraft. The Borrower shall deliver, at least once a year each year and in no event later than with the Monthly Report in respect of May of each year (commencing in 2009), to the Facility Agent, the Guarantor, the Administrative Agent and the Liquidity Facility Provider for inclusion in its next Monthly Report an Appraisal in respect of each Aircraft in the ACS Group Portfolio.
