Apprentice Wage Rates. In subsequent years of this contract, Apprentices will be given the appropriate percentage of the Journeypersons total increase based on the current term of the Apprentice. Distribution of the increase is determined by the Union. Term 2 = 60% Term 3 = 70% Term 4 = 85% ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Apprentices shall advance to each next term on the anniversary of their start date so long as the requirements stated in the FTI Standards have been met.
