Appropriate Unit. The Exclusive Representative shall represent all such employees of the district contained in the appropriate unit as defined in Article III, Section 2 of the Agreement and the P.E.L.R.A. and in certification by the Commissioner of Mediation Services, if any.
Appropriate Unit. The exclusive representative shall represent all the teachers of the District as defined in this Agreement and in said Act.
Appropriate Unit. The Exclusive Representative shall represent all teachers of the School District as defined in this Agreement and in the PELRA.
Appropriate Unit. The Association shall represent all the teachers of the District as defined in this Agreement and in P.E.L.R.A.
Appropriate Unit. The union shall represent all such employees of the district contained in the appropriate unit as defined in Section 2.01 of this Agreement and the P.E.L.R.A. and in certification by the Director of Mediation Services, Case No. 72-¶-255-A.
Appropriate Unit. The Association shall represent all Principals of the District as defined in this Agreement.
Appropriate Unit. The exclusive representative shall represent all such employees of the School District as defined in ARTICLE III, Section 2. below and PELRA and in certification by the Commissioner of the Minnesota Bureau of Mediation Services (BMS), Case No. 14PCE0943.
Appropriate Unit. Education Minnesota – OSSEO will represent all teachers in the School District as defined in this Agreement and in the PELRA.
Appropriate Unit. The exclusive representative shall represent all such employees of the School District contained in the appropriate unit as defined in ARTICLE III, Section 2, below and the P.E.L.R.A., and in certification by the Commissioner of the Bureau of Mediation Services (BMS).
Appropriate Unit. The appropriate unit shall consist of all employees of Independent School District No. 272, Eden Prairie, Minnesota who are certified by the State Department of Education as principals or associate principals, who are employed for more than 14 hours per week or 35% of the normal work week, whichever is lesser, and for more than 100 work days per year, and who devote more than 50% of their time to administrative or supervisory duties in the capacity of a principal or associate principal, and excluding all other employees.
