APPROPRIATION AND ALLOCATION OF POLK COUNTY FUNDS FOR PARTICIPATING LIBRARIES. For the duration of this Agreement, County funds allocated for the support of the Cooperative shall be distributed among participating publicly owned and operated libraries according to the formulas found in Section 21 and Section 22.
