APPROVAL BY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS. This Memorandum of Understanding is subject to approval by the Board of Supervisors. The parties hereto agree to perform whatever acts are necessary, both jointly and separately, to urge the Board to approve and enforce this Memorandum of Understanding in its entirety. Following approval of this Memorandum of Understanding by the Board, its terms and conditions shall be implemented by appropriate ordinance, resolution or other appropriate lawful action.
