Common use of Approval by Construction Inspector Clause in Contracts

Approval by Construction Inspector. Approval of the Draw Request for such Advance by the Construction Inspector, accompanied by a certificate or report from the Construction Inspector to the effect that in its opinion, based upon on-site observations and submissions by the Contractors, the construction of the applicable Improvements to the date thereof was performed in a good and workmanlike manner and in accordance with the applicable Plans and Specifications, stating the estimated total cost of construction of the applicable Improvements, stating the percentage of in-place construction of the applicable Improvements, and stating that the remaining non-disbursed portion of the Loan and Required Equity Funds allocated for such purpose in the applicable Project Budget is adequate to complete the construction of the applicable Improvements.
