Approval by Counsel. All actions, proceedings, instruments and documents required to carry out the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or incidental thereto and all other related legal matters shall have been approved by counsel for the Purchaser, and such counsel shall have been furnished with such certified copies of actions and proceedings and other instruments and documents as they shall have reasonably requested.
Approval by Counsel. All actions, proceedings, instruments and documents required to carry out this Agreement or incidental hereto and all other related legal matters shall have met the reasonable satisfaction of counsel to Purchaser and such counsel shall have been furnished with all such documents and instruments as they shall have reasonably requested in connection with the transactions contemplated herein.
