Approval by Non-Operators. Where an approval or other agreement of Non-Operators is expressly required under Paragraphs 5A, 5B, 6A and 8 of Section II, Section III, Section V, Section VI, and Paragraph 4 of Section VII, of this Accounting Procedure and if the agreement to which this Accounting Procedure is attached contains no contrary provisions in regard thereto, the Operator shall notify all Non-Operators and the agreement or approval of a majority in interest of the Non-Operators shall be controlling on all Non-Operators.
