Approval by Owner. Subject to and consistent with the protocols for the timing, review and completion of the Project Budget as mandated by the Joint Venture Agreement, Owner shall have the right to review and approve or disapprove of the proposed Project Budget and shall advise the Managers in writing of any objections to the respective Project Budget as required by and consistent with the Joint Venture Agreement.
