Approval by Superior Mortgagee. If required by a Superior Mortgagee, this Lease shall not become binding upon Landlord until approval of the Lease by Landlord's Superior Mortgagee for the Property, notice of which requirement by a Superior Mortgage is given to Tenant at the time the same is executed by Landlord.
