Common use of Approval of Application Clause in Contracts

Approval of the Application by the Bank shall be conditional and shall be subject to the Member’s compliance with this Agreement, the AHP Regulations, and the Bank's AHP Policies and Procedures. Approval shall be effective only upon written notice from the Bank to the Member.
