APPROVAL OF BUILDING PLANS. 5.1. The FVHA Architect will submit the client approved Sketch Plan to the Finkenstein Village Building Committee (FVBC) for approval. 5.2. Once approval is granted by the FVBC, the owner should formally request the FVHA Architect in writing to proceed with the preparation of municipal submission drawings. The Owner will be responsible for the disbursements and municipal submission fees, which will be presented by the FVHA Architect. 5.3. The FVHA Architect will submit the following drawings and information to the City of Windhoek for approval, which will be printed on (x1) durestor and (x2) plain paper copies: 5.3.1.
