Common use of APPROVAL OF CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

APPROVAL OF CONTRACT. If the amount of compensation to be paid by DNR according to the terms of this Contract is greater than $25,000.00, then performance shall not commence unless by January 20, 2021 this Contract has been approved by the Environmental Protection Commission.

APPROVAL OF CONTRACT. If the amount of compensation to be paid by DNR according to the terms of this Contract is greater than $25,000.00, or if commission approval is required by statute or rule, then performance shall not commence unless by January 20, 2021 Contract Start Date this Contract has been approved by the Environmental Protection Commission/Natural Resource Commission.

APPROVAL OF CONTRACT. If the amount of compensation to be paid by DNR according to the terms of this Contract is greater than $25,000.00, then performance shall not commence unless by January 20July 1, 2021 2022 this Contract has been approved by the Environmental Protection Commission.

APPROVAL OF CONTRACT. If the amount of compensation to be paid by DNR according to the terms of this Contract is equal to or greater than $25,000.00, then performance shall not commence unless by January 20June 1, 2021 2015 this Contract has been approved by the Environmental Protection Natural Resource Commission.

APPROVAL OF CONTRACT. If the amount of compensation to be paid by DNR according to the terms of this Contract is greater than $25,000.00, or if commission approval is required by statute or rule, then performance shall not commence unless by January 20June 5, 2021 2020, this Contract has been approved by the Environmental Protection Natural Resource Commission.

APPROVAL OF CONTRACT. If the amount of compensation to be paid by DNR according to the terms of this Contract is equal to or greater than $25,000.00, then performance shall not commence unless by January 20February 23, 2021 2012 this Contract has been approved by the Environmental Protection Commission.
