Renewal of Contract. If a Board representative does not inform the Superintendent in writing on or before the seventh day after the regular December board meeting of the Board’s intention to consider the nonrenewal or amendment of this contract, the contract will automatically renew for a period of one year from and after the expiration date provided in Section 1 of this contract. The Superintendent shall remind the Board in writing of this provision no later than its regular November meeting of each year of this contract and shall make the renewal of his employment contract an agenda item for the regular December board meeting during each year of this contract. At the time of each contract renewal and/or amendment, the Superintendent shall be responsible for taking all necessary steps to insure that the district has complied with the Superintendent Pay Transparency Act.
Renewal of Contract. This contract may be renewed by Virginia Tech upon written agreement of both parties for (two years) / (with options for three (3) two-year renewals), under the terms of the current contract, and at a reasonable time (approximately 90 days) prior to the expiration.
Renewal of Contract. 5.1. We will write to you in good time before your renewal date, offering your terms or in situations where we are not inviting renewal we will tell you. Renewal of the contract is based on the information you supplied when we arranged your current contract along with any amendments you have made during the period of cover. It is important that you tell us about any changes to your requirements.
Renewal of Contract. The contract may be renewed at the discretion of MDRS upon written notice to Contractor at least thirty (30) days prior to each contract anniversary date for a period of four (4) successive one-year periods under the same prices, terms, and conditions as in the original contract and/or subsequent contracts. The total number of renewal years permitted shall not exceed three (3), or extend past June 30, 2020.

Such renewal shall be reduced to writing and executed by the parties hereto, pursuant to approval by the Board and to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 79-824, et. seq. and other applicable laws.

Renewal of Contract. IT IS A MATERIAL PROVISION OF THIS CONTRACT THAT IT IS FOR A LIMITED PERIOD OF TIME AND SHALL NOT BE SUBJECT TO THE RENEWAL OR NONRENEWAL PROVISIONS OF NEB. REV. IN EXCHANGE FOR $1 AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, THE INTERIM SUPERINTENDENT AGREES TO ACCEPT EMPLOYMENT ON THIS BASIS AND HEREBY RESIGNS AS OF THE EXPIRATION DATE SET OUT ABOVE. BY RESIGNING AND ACCEPTING THIS ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION, THE INTERIM SUPERINTENDENT UNDERSTANDS THAT HE IS WAIVING STATUTORY RIGHTS SUCH AS TO NOTICE AND A HEARING AND OTHER RIGHTS REGARDING NONRENEWAL OF EMPLOYMENT. HE DOES SO VOLUNTARILY AND WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THE RIGHTS HE IS WAIVING. The Interim Superintendent shall be responsible for taking all necessary steps to ensure that the District has complied with the Superintendent Pay Transparency Act.

This contract may be renewed by the Commonwealth for three successive one year periods under the terms and conditions of the original contract except as stated in A. and B. below. Price increases may be negotiated only at the time of renewal. Written notice of the Commonwealth’s intention to renew shall be given approximately 90 days prior to the expiration date of each contract period.
